     ·  Excellent location, staff are super nice and helpfull, rooms are very clean and quiet. Breakfast is good, love the coffee and the fresh fruit juice. The Reception was very accommodating and allowed us to get the room before check in - we are very thankful : ) Overall we are very happy and we would come back!
     ·  More variety at breakfast would be nice - some omlette, pancakes, waffles. Airport shuttle - very pricey ( I know another company runs this service, however they need to ensure they are competitive in comparison with other transportation companies out there so everyone can benefit).

     ·  It was very clean. The bathroom was very nice. The bed sheets and the pillows had the hotel logo on them! Everything looked very new. The staff were polite and helpful. The air conditioning was very good. Centrally located and quiet.

     ·  My wife and I stayed at your hotel for 7 nights (June 3-10, 2025).rnDana welcomed us with kindness and a big smile, went up with us to the room assigned to us, gave us a detailed explanation of everything related to the hotel and the services we were supposed to receive and answered all our questions.rnWe were helped by Dana throughout our stay at the hotel, in all matters that interested us, and she helped us a lot with various recommendations in all areas.rnThe location of the hotel is ideal and central and allowed us to spend time at all the attractions in Bucharest, including restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, all within short distances and close to the hotel.rnIt should be noted that throughout the hotel and especially in the room we received, we found everything to be clean, tidy and spacious.rnThe service we received throughout the week, from Dana and the service staff, was excellent and all our requests were answered positively, without any objection.rnThe breakfast is varied and very tasty.rnBeyond all that we have mentioned, it is important for us to emphasize in particular that you were very fair to us and responded to our requests regarding the cancellations we were forced to make, due to my wife's medical condition and the uncertainty regarding the flights from Israel to Bucharest, following the war in Israel, and for that we would also like to thank you.rnThe Farber Family
